This piece is named after Amina, the Queen- a Nigeria queen of the 15th century who was known great warrior and ruler. The colours of the neckpiece and the metal tassels layered on the chest are inspired by the strength and power exuded by Amina in her 34 years of ruling. Amina piece is a unique Masai way of beading. Synonym to Masai bead colourway, the colours represent strength and unity.
